General Administrative Services – $35 per hour
- Performed on as needed basis
- Hourly plans available in 5 hour increments
- 5% discount given if 20 or more hours purchased
- plans are billed in 7 minute increments
Payment Options
- Payments may be made via credit card, check or money order

For general administrative services other charges may be incurred, such as long distance rates, postage, shipping costs, special office supplies or software, and printing as per your requested needs. All additional charges are preapproved by the client in advance.

A signed contract outlining the description of services and payment agreement is required prior to the execution of any project.

Prepayment is required for all packages. For general administrative services, hours are valid for 60 days and will roll over into subsequent months. Prepayment is due on the same day every month according to contract

Flexible payment arrangements may be made for established clientele on a per case basis
- There will be a $35 service fee on all returned checks.
